3- Love is enough

Again, no! The illusion of living only by love can only work in the cinema. Love can help to overcome a list of things, yeah! It can help us to endure things more, but the difficulties of life need to be faced with maturity and I confess that It is very hard when you're in a long distance relationship (or a marriage!). I dare to say that even in an in-person relationship it is still hard to work only with love. Just the fact of involving people from different cultures already makes it become complicated.

Guys, It is not easy, I'm telling you! Even the way to react about some situations changes a lot from perosn to person, according to the culture that they were educated and can influence the couple's day-to-day lives.

 Futhermore, when time passes, the person may show you some characteristics that you didn't know, peculiriaties that may disturb you (as you also can show him your peciliriaties that may perturb him in fact). The best thing is try and know each other the maximum possible before making any decision. It must be horrible over-time to find out that you're married with someone that you don't really know, right?

Love is enough by its own in a relationship (in any kind of relationship actually) but only if it is combined with respect, honesty, perseverance, partnership and loyalty. We can't fool ourselves with any relationship, we need to keep our feet firmly on the ground, even a financial crisis can harm a relationship. But, of course, I am living in a long distance marriage and I won't try to make anyone give up of living it. There are lots of wonders that come with it and I don't regret anything. I'm sure that we, as couple, will be stronger throughout the time we are together and keep facing difficulties along the way. That's why I say to you don't give up!

As a friend of mine once said: "romance exists but only in short bursts in the real world hey, the rest is hard work and lots of compromise".

So love is not everything, but it counts for a lot and it is worth it! =)
